The council proceeded to a roll-call vote. Members identified by the chair (Howard, Stevens, Howe, Peterson) answered yes and the chair declared the motion passes and the ordinance adopted. The ordinance also changes the title references from 'city recorder' to a 'business license official' for some procedures and updates cross-references in the code.
