Council workshop highlights roads, sidewalks and hydrants as top infrastructure initiatives

A public-safety-related initiative proposed by the chief to "improve hydrant viability through policies, procedures, and SOPs" was noted as an example of a targeted, measurable initiative. Staff asked tables to identify which infrastructure initiatives required further elaboration into measurable projects.
