Council to evaluate South Ogden Days format and consider an arts council

Staff and members agreed this evaluation should occur for FY2027 planning, with a deadline to make decisions by December 2026. Staff will draft scope for the South Ogden Days evaluation and discuss how the Arts and Events Council might be tasked with implementation.
