The Newbury Selectboard approved and signed a payment validation resolution requested by attorneys for the Vermont Bond Bank at its March 11 meeting. The motion to approve the resolution was moved by Shauna Prime and seconded by Andrew Lee; the board signed the document as requested by bond counsel.
In related business Chair Susan Culp responded to a question about the new fire station’s remaining punch list, saying that final items are waiting for warmer weather. The board recorded the payment-validation action and will forward the signed resolution to Bond Bank counsel per the attorneys’ request.
