Status and next steps: Matt (speaker 2) said staff finished revamping an interlocal agreement that will go to the DART board soon; he said the immediate next step after President Bush Turnpike construction clears is to use DART funds to make sites pad ready so they can attract developers. Staff asked the board to consider whether to market parcels as a combined package or separate them when soliciting developer interest.
