Resident asks commissioners to mark and document Promenade Road maintenance boundary

During the public forum resident Clint Bernard (stated he lives in Kyle precinct) asked the court to mark and document where Promenade Road begins and ends and how wide the maintained portion is.
“...we're having a little trouble getting it marked where it starts, where it ends, and how wide it is,” Bernard said, asking what the county’s next steps are. The County Judge replied that requests for road maintenance should be routed to the precinct commissioner or the road-and-bridge administrator but that the court would follow up so members have visibility on Bernard’s concern.
The exchange closed with staff advising Bernard to contact his precinct commissioner or the road-and-bridge office; the court offered to follow up so the issue can be scheduled or added to an agenda item if necessary.
