NEASC three-year report: district meets many standards but common curriculum format cited as growth area

They said the district met several standards, including a safe environment, vision and mission work, school-improvement planning, math and ELA interventionists and a structured SRBI process, but that one standard was not met: a common curriculum format. "The standard that was not met was common curriculum format," the minutes record. The administration outlined next steps: develop a district-wide common curriculum template, continue SRBI team work, and implement a curriculum review cycle in preparation for the six-year report.
Board members and administrators discussed work already underway, such as curriculum templates, intervention supports and student-led conferences, and emphasized the need to sustain momentum toward district-wide consistency in instructional documents.
