Mr. Shawn Parkhurst, with assistance from Dr. Rebecca Bissonnette (WLHS principal) and Mr. Mark Warner (WLMS principal), summarized responses. At Windsor Locks Middle School parents made 142 total appointments and 18 parents completed the feedback form; strengths cited were a combination of scheduling times and teacher-led conferences. Areas for improvement included creating a student "hangout spot" during parent–teacher meetings, improving privacy in teacher common areas, streamlining the sign-up process and extending conference time beyond the reported 8–20 minute blocks.
At Windsor Locks High School there were 620 total appointments and three parent responses; parents asked for classroom numbers in advance, improved sign-up tools and slightly longer conference times. The board discussed the feedback and noted staff will consider these items when finalizing future conference schedules and communications with families.
