Later, after a staff presentation and questions, the commission approved concept site plan application CSPR 143,263 for Ward Farm Park with conditions recommended by staff. Toward the end of the meeting, the commission directed the planning commission attorney to draft a proposed amendment to the rules of procedure to change recognition of individual attendees to recognition of departments in attendance; that motion carried as well.
No formal bylaw changes were adopted; the direction to draft an amendment initiates the process for proposed wording to be circulated at a future meeting for formal consideration.
