"I'm going to get the list sent to them," the Chair said in response to the access problem.
On disaster recovery, staff reported FEMA DR-4781 work and reimbursements are approximately 80% complete, with some items shifted out of FEMA/CDBG and into regular maintenance funds (including a bridge that will be contracted from maintenance). The CDBG-MIT road design also showed a potential right-of-way conflict with Fort Hood that requires coordination with Fort Hood's public works director and affected landowners before finalizing the project design.
