Committee approves review process for cleanup at 10182 E Highway 13

County staff provided an update that structures on parcels LA-018-00133-01 and LA-018-00133-00 at 10182 E Highway 13 have been removed and much of the solid waste has been cleared. Staff member Holly Vankempen said that once cleanup is finished, Buildings and Grounds, Environmental Health, Zoning, the Highway Department and committee members will be notified and will review the site and take photographs before the committee makes a determination.
Committee member Alan Jaques moved to approve the proposed process for reviewing the cleanup; Wendy Bong seconded, and the motion carried. The minutes indicate that committee members will be notified to inspect and that the committee will vote to approve or deny the cleanup once the reviewing parties complete their inspection.
