John Galwin, the organization's board chair, described outcomes the program has achieved: "Since 2011... he has 23, 1st time college students that have graduated from Pure that are currently on full scholarship," he said, noting an 82% matriculation rate to college for graduates and a plan to expand residential capacity from about 30 students to multiple phases that could reach 250 at full build-out.
