The Village of Bonduel Plan Commission opened its March 18, 2024 meeting with President Russ Gehm calling the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. The Commission recorded attendance (Russ Gehm, Tim Kelley, Steve Peterson, Mark Welch, Troy Westcott and Robbie Woldt III) and unanimously approved the meeting agenda in a motion by Tim Kelley with a second from Steve Peterson.
The Commission also unanimously approved the minutes from its January 22, 2024 meeting on a motion by Mark Welch, seconded by Troy Westcott. Agenda item F1, regarding the use of 106 E. Express Way in the C-2 Highway Commercial District, was removed from the agenda by consensus because the interested party was no longer pursuing the property. Tim Kelley moved to adjourn; Robbie Woldt III seconded and the meeting adjourned at 6:04 p.m. The meeting record was signed/submitted by Michelle Maroszek, Clerk/Treasurer.
