Director of Municipal Operations Jesse Rankin told the Committee that staff met with Ehlers to finalize Tax Incremental District maps and legal descriptions for submission to the State; Rankin said a few map and legal-description changes remain. He also reported that Sunrise Court is progressing, with mesh binder and grading complete.
Rankin noted that the ball diamond usage agreement remains on hold while staff finish higher-priority projects and said he will prepare a usage agreement before the next season starts. The Committee agreed by consensus to move the ball diamond item to the next meeting so staff can complete work on higher-priority tasks.
