Bonduel Plan Commission recommends survey map, approves sign and drops Express Way item

The Village of Bonduel Plan Commission met March 18, 2024. President Russ Gehm called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and commissioners approved the agenda and the January 22, 2024 minutes by unanimous votes. The commission listed Russ Gehm, Tim Kelley, Steve Peterson, Mark Welch, Troy Westcott and Robbie Woldt III as present.
During new business the commission removed an agenda item concerning 106 E. Express Way after learning the interested party was no longer pursuing the property. The body then took up a certified survey map for Joyce Natzke and a signage application for World Wide Sign Systems at 446 N. Cecil Street. In both substantive items commissioners voted to recommend Board approval; each motion carried unanimously.
Motions on record include: approval of the meeting agenda (motion by Tim Kelley, second by Steve Peterson), approval of minutes from Jan. 22, 2024 (motion by Mark Welch, second by Troy Westcott), recommendation to the Board to approve the Certified Survey Map for parcels tied to Joyce Natzke (motion by Robbie Woldt III, second by Tim Kelley), and recommendation to the Board to approve signage for World Wide Sign Systems (motion by Troy Westcott, second by Steve Peterson). The meeting adjourned at 6:04 p.m.
