No final expenditures or approvals were recorded for these items at the meeting.
County Administrator Patrick Whiteford told the committee these items would be addressed with additional detail at follow-up meetings and incorporated into the reports to be presented on Oct. 8, 2025. Commissioners did not take final action at the Oct. 7 meeting and asked staff to provide documentation supporting any recommended payments or contract changes.
