County staff also waived a $3,500 GIS fee for MSU Extension and the Kalkaska County 4‑H Leaders Association in exchange for 23 plat books and 3 wall maps, and approved a Kaliseum conference room rental fee waiver so MSUE can host a short‑term rental policy presentation. These waivers were recorded as motions passing 6–0 with one absence.
