Henderson Beer Board approves Casey—s General Store #4579 retail beer permit

City Recorder Jim E. Garland noted the publication notices on the application and Chief Gary Davidson reported a background check of Store Manager Dana Gilbert came back satisfactorily.
On a motion by Ald. Mark A. Barber, seconded by Ald. Michael Phelps, the Beer Board approved the permit. The minutes show no objections and record the motion as carried; the Beer Board meeting then adjourned.
