Other observation-card items included a request for reflective tape on 157L's top edge and verification of wing-marker lights, a request to add amber flashing lights above barricades on a cone trailer and to raise barricades higher, and a March 9 concern that some people in the Oconto shop were not wearing steel-toe shoes; the committee reiterated that operators must wear steel-toe shoes at shift start.
