The action followed a closed-session discussion held under MCL 15.268(d). Chair Kohn Fisher announced the closed session and the board entered executive session at 12:32 PM; the meeting returned to open session at 1:28 PM.
Board members and staff did not record a final sale price or a firm buyer in the minutes. Chair Fisher said proceeds from any sale would be reviewed by the board before allocation.
