On June 17 the O'Brien County Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2025‑17 to temporarily close Oriole Ave north of 330th Street (one‑half mile) for RR crossing repair. Supervisor Friedrichsen seconded the motion to adopt; the motion carried by all ayes.
The resolution directs that "'ROAD CLOSED' signs shall be placed on both ends of the described segment of road, and they shall remain in place until the construction is completed." The closure is recorded as Resolution 2025‑17 in the board's proceedings.
The board did not include a projected reopening date in the text of the resolution. County crews will implement the closure and signage under the county's authority to close roads for maintenance and construction.
