TCEDC presents automated ADA website compliance update; small manual fixes remain

At the June 16 meeting Alyssa Short, TCEDC deputy director, presented the EDC's work implementing automated ADA compliance tools on the Traill County site and the TCEDC subsite.
Short said automated checks brought downloads to "100 percent compliant" and page transitions to "98 percent compliant," but she noted approximately 2 percent of issues cannot be automatically corrected and will need department-level review. Murphy and Short explained the dashboard describes the remaining items and that each department is responsible for evaluating and fixing its noncompliance issues.
Board members accepted the update and were told staff will continue tracking compliance and follow up with departments on required manual fixes.
