Young thanked volunteers for their service and listed names to be reappointed or newly appointed across multiple districts. Commissioner Perry moved to approve Resolution 26‑18 appointing special service district board members as presented; Commissioner Bingham seconded and the motion passed by voice vote.
Separately, Glenn Thurston presented Resolution 26‑17, the culmination of a six‑month effort to bring the Mineral Lease Board into legal compliance with notice, protest, and bylaw updates; the resolution also appoints board members under the updated services. Thurston noted one seat for the Corinne/Brigham City area remains open and staff have advertised for the vacancy. Commissioner Perry moved to approve Resolution 26‑17; Bingham seconded and the motion passed by voice vote.
