Separately, the board approved an interlocal agreement with the City of Crescent to house Crescent inmates at $32.00 per inmate per day for FY 2026-27. Commissioner Mark Sharpton moved the Crescent agreement; Monty Piearcy seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The minutes do not record further contract terms or capacity limits.
