The Logan County Board of Commissioners approved Resolution #26-052 on July 1 to authorize monetary compensation for overtime worked by Election Board staff. Mark Sharpton moved approval and Monty Piearcy seconded; the vote was recorded as Piearcy-AYE, Sharpton-AYE and Coffman-AYE.
Election Board Secretary Sheleen Winscott also presented the Election Board's Estimate of Needs for FY2026–27, which lists full-time salaries at $169,570.60, part-time salaries at $9,000.00 and additional travel and M&O requests. The resolution and the board's acceptance of the Estimate of Needs were entered in the meeting record.
