Graves, CPA is for assistance preparing draft statements at a fee not to exceed $1,800.
Those encumbrances and engagement letters were recorded on the consent agenda and approved without recorded opposition. The minutes state the Turner engagement covers preparation of the financial statements on the modified cash basis and the Graves engagement will assist in preparing supplementary information for the audit.
