Vice‑Chair Ryan John moved to approve the agreement by and between Gabe Mason and Comanche County to "release Comanche County of any and all claims" related to the undersized tin horn; the correction will install two 30‑inch gray poly pipes covered with rock adjacent to the existing tin horn. John stated this project predated his time in office and said the proposed correction "will make the situation right." The motion was seconded by Commissioner Kenny Kinder and approved 3–0.
