At 1:18 p.m. the Hanover County CPMT moved into closed session under Virginia Code provisions cited during the meeting for discussion of individual children and families approved for services through Family Assessment and Planning Teams (FAPT) and for copay matters. The motion to enter closed session was moved by Claiborne Warner and seconded by Thomas Sakach.
After reconvening at 1:32 p.m., the CPMT certified that only matters exempted by law were discussed and then took action related to authorizations of payment for procurement of services on behalf of children for FY26. Ms. Warner moved to authorize payments; Mr. Sakach seconded. The CPMT unanimously approved the payments as presented, with no abstentions. The committee recorded adherence to the stated Virginia code sections in its motion paperwork.
