At 1:18 p.m. the Hanover County CPMT voted to enter a closed session under Virginia Code Sections § 2.2-3711.A4 and § 2.2-5210 to discuss individual children and families approved for services through FAPT and to address copay matters. The motion to enter closed session was made by Claiborne Warner and seconded by Thomas Sakach.
After reconvening, the CPMT certified the closed session. Ms. Warner moved to authorize payments for the procurement of services on behalf of children under FY26 Virginia Code § 2.2-5206; Mr. Sakach seconded. The motion passed unanimously with no abstentions. The action was recorded as authorization of the payments presented to the committee.
