Authority approves meeting agenda and past minutes; takes no formal action on Kemmer Road plan

At the outset of the March 12 meeting the Manistee County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority approved the meeting agenda. Mr. Glenn Zaring moved and Mr. Phil Landis seconded the motion; it carried by voice vote.
The Authority also approved the September 18, 2025 meeting minutes on a motion from Mr. Duane Jones, seconded by Mr. Landis; that motion carried by voice vote. The Kemmer Road presentation from Allen Edwin Homes was explicitly informational and "No formal action or approval was requested at this meeting," according to staff notes. The Authority asked the development team to return with additional modeling and left open the possibility of a special meeting or work session prior to formal plan submission.
The meeting adjourned at 4:13 p.m.
