Excise Board shifts $200,000 in Highway District #2 capital funds to PACT and approves other transfers

The board also approved transferring $1,000 from Election Board Part-Time to Travel; $500 from Sheriff Service Fee Maintenance & Operations to Contract Service; and $7,000 from Emergency Management Capital Outlay to Personal Services. Member Christy Kennedy moved the transfers and Chairman Jeff Wilson seconded; votes were recorded as Wilson, aye; Kennedy, aye.
The motion enables reallocation of funds within the fiscal year and directs departments to implement changes through regular accounting procedures.
