"That project obviously will be a much larger dollar amount," Sam said when describing the timetable and phasing for replacement work. Commissioners asked staff to provide numbers and a plan before the next meeting so the court could consider budget amendments ahead of June bills.
The court recorded the approval of the FY2026 IT project package and directed staff to return with cost breakdowns and a phased schedule.
