Board appoints member to Blueprint Committee and reappoints student-safety advisory member

Commissioners moved and seconded both actions and the board approved them by voice vote. Following the appointments, staff noted one remaining citizen vacancy on the Blueprint Committee and encouraged interested residents to apply.
