At its April meeting the Shenandoah County Electoral Board voted unanimously to limit each public comment to three minutes. The motion was made by Vice Chair Beverly Harrison and seconded by Chair Jacob French.
The board also discussed equipment delivery and handling for elections and moved to contact both the Democratic and Republican party chairs to request workers to assist with delivery and post-election tasks on Monday, April 20 and Wednesday, April 22 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; the minutes record that workers are paid $125.00 per day.
