The Cleveland County Board of County Commissioners approved Consent Items D1–D12 at its May 27, 2025 regular meeting, clearing a package of vendor renewals, service agreements and fund allocations across county departments. The board voted unanimously to adopt the consent docket. The items included IT and copier leases, refinery of water-service contracts, ARPA-funded project approvals and a multi-jurisdictional MOU for the sheriff’s office.
Key details in the consent package included an ARPA Project #2.013 outreach appropriation for the county health department (The Well) of $1,500 to the Oklahoma Dental Foundation and smaller outreach expenses; an investment advisory agreement with Meeder Public Funds with a minimum annual advisory fee of $15,000; multiple Standley Systems and Xerox copier leases for county offices; and an NCIC inmate communication agreement that forwards 78% of gross call revenue (net of taxes and certain fees) to the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office. The minutes also show an Alcoholic Beverage Tax allocation for April 2025 totaling $83,909.11 with named city shares (Norman $52,624.46; Moore $25,810.76; Lexington $826.20; Noble $2,871.15; Slaughterville $1,711.18; Etowah $65.36).
