The Cleveland County minutes list substantial balances for the Sheriff's accounts: Account 100552 is recorded at $14,814,813.22 and Account 100500 at $11,503,645.46. During presentation of the Estimate of Needs board members discussed approximately $5.5 million in cash revenue and an additional $3.0 million from PSST funding.
"Lisa Meyer mentioned that all of the available cash would be used, except for $2.5 million," the minutes state. The county will incorporate those cash-availability assumptions into the final Estimates of Needs, pending the County Clerk's review and publication of corrected figures.
