Secretary Kaitlin Leary reported the Authority had eight police reports in February linked to its properties: three calls from Cedar Park Homes, zero from Mount Haggin, five from P.J. Hagan Manor and zero from the Pintlar. She said noise complaints at P.J. Hagan Manor that had been reported previously "have progressed to criminal activity," and that a notice informing tenants that criminal activity information may be used to terminate a lease has been sent and could result in lease termination.
