The Berrien County Board of Commissioners approved the minutes of the March 26, 2026, regular meeting and adopted the consent calendar at its April 9 meeting in St. Joseph. Commissioner Jim Curran moved to approve the minutes; Commissioner David Vollrath seconded, and the motion carried with no nays.
The consent calendar included Resolution F2604026 (Weekly Bills & Road Payables), Resolution B2604073 (Requisition List & Change Order Purchase Order) and Resolution P2604175 (Complement Change for Road Department). Commissioner Rayonte Bell moved to approve the consent calendar, supported by Commissioner Vollrath; Clerk Stacy Loar-Porter recorded eight yeas and the motion carried, "Motion carried, no nays."
