At its May 6, 2026 meeting the Salem Township Planning Commission recorded unanimous votes by the attending commissioners (John Wright, Paul Holleran and Connie Mattei) on the following motions: approval of the April 1, 2026 minutes; acceptance of the Schlemmer Side Lot Addition application as complete; motion to table the Schlemmer plan pending consolidation and technical corrections; completion and signing of the Non-Building Declaration Section D for Parcel A; acceptance of the Clean Express Auto Wash #625 application as complete; recommendation to table the Clean Express plan pending ownership documentation and submission of modification requests to the Board of Supervisors; approval of three exception recommendations for the Clean Express plan (parking-size, 2-acre lot-size waiver, and stormwater exception); and recommendation of conditional approval for Robert & Alice Brinker Plan No. 4 with specified corrections.
Each motion recorded in the minutes lists the mover and seconder and a recorded vote of John Wright, Paul Holleran and Connie Mattei in favor.
