The applicant acknowledged that a 12-inch tree the city asked be protected had already been removed during the prior turf-field project and said three replacement trees were installed along the new walkway. Greg Dixon said the planned accessory buildings will be modest, likely prefab with a board-and-batten look, and that the applicant would select colors to help them blend with the existing school building.
Staff asked the applicant to update plan sheet C1.01 to include EPSC notes, slope stabilization details and the existing screened dumpster location prior to issuance of a zoning permit. Dixon agreed to add the dumpster to the proposed plans and to review and update erosion- and sediment-control measures as requested by staff.
