Stormwater permitting delay prompts board to require city review before decision

Board members and staff discussed whether the board could condition approval on working with city and state staff or whether the hearing should be continued until the city can sign off on the submitted plans. The board favored continuing the hearing to allow the applicant to submit the city stormwater materials and gave a target of roughly four weeks; the applicant said he would try to obtain an internal city OK sooner and the hearing was scheduled for May 6.
