Trustees approve adding clerk as authorized Nextiva account user to release town phone number

On Aug. 19 the Board of Trustees approved an addition to the agenda and then passed Resolution 3-2025 to add Erin Christie as an authorized user on the Nextiva phone account. Christie explained that Nextiva requires an authorized user on the account for the service to release the town’s phone number as the town transitions to a new phone system; the former town clerk was the only person listed on the account.
The motion to add the resolution to the agenda and to approve it was made by Mr. Dembosky and seconded by Mr. Nordyke; the minutes record the motion as carried. The clerk will complete the account change with Nextiva as part of the system migration.
