"These new parking penalty fees were already approved at a previous meeting, but the Town did not have an attorney to draft the Ordinance at the time," Ms. Christie reported.
Trustees approved ORD. 3-2025 amending §9-1-4 of the Westcliffe Municipal Code to set the new parking penalties and fees. The motion to adopt the ordinance was moved by Mr. Fulton and seconded by Mr. Wilhelm; the minutes record "Motion carried."
