Westcliffe Board votes to apply for $100,000 Local Planning Capacity Grant with 20% match

Trustees voted to apply for the Local Planning Capacity Grant and to commit to the 20% match. Board members said DOLA had provided guidance; the staff presentation noted that acceptance would also make Westcliffe eligible for a separate $50,000 Fast Track allocation that would not require a local match.
