Westcliffe reports account balances, lists $104,488.66 in general-fund expenditures

Erin Christie, the town clerk, read the treasurer’s report at the Board of Trustees meeting on Aug. 19, 2025, listing account totals and recent expenditures. The General Fund checking account showed receipts of $205,910.10 and a balance of $358,541.82; general-fund expenditures were listed as $104,488.66. Capital Fund checking showed receipts of $89,655.72 and a balance of $653,148.79.
Christie presented additional balances for CSafe accounts and a Conservation Trust Fund balance, and noted capital expenditures of $6,920.00. The board approved the consent agenda, which included the treasurer’s report, on a motion by Mr. Wilhelm and a second by Mr. Fulton. The report will be part of routine financial monitoring and will be revisited in future meetings as needed.
