EDC staff presented January 2026 financials and recommended approval during the March 17 meeting. After discussion the board moved, seconded and approved the financials.
Staff also proposed an amendment to a prior resolution to give the EDC president authority to approve and execute one-time 90-day extensions for projects valued at $500,000 or less, intended to address projects with minor milestone delays. Staff estimated that the threshold would apply to roughly 20% or fewer projects. The board moved and passed the resolution amendment following the presentation.
Motions were made and recorded in the meeting transcript and the chair announced that the motions passed; no detailed roll-call tallies with individual member votes were included in the public portions of the transcript.
