Council approves letter of intent to Illinois Valley YMCA for Mendota branch transfer with conditions

Alderperson Johnson moved to approve the letter of intent with those conditions, and the council approved the motion by roll-call vote.
The minutes record the council’s approval of the conditions; the city attorney noted title commitments and closings for properties on the agenda are underway and will be addressed as needed as the potential transfer proceeds.
