Division Street. "She stated the reason for the Public Hearing was to hear comments on the proposed annexation of the property commonly known as the ‘HEICO Property’ located at 1506 W. Division Street. There were no comments. She closed the Public Hearing at 5:31pm," the meeting record states.
The hearing generated no public testimony and was closed after approximately one minute. The annexation was later considered on the council agenda and an ordinance to annex certain territory to the City of Mendota was adopted during the meeting.
