Director of Fiscal Services Kathy McKee told the board she would transfer $400,000 from the district's Capital Projects fund to the General Fund. McKee described the move as an internal transfer to cover operational needs. The board accepted the finance report and the listed vouchers were approved as audited and certified per the cited RCW auditing requirements.
Board members did not record roll-call vote tallies for routine consent items beyond noting the motions carried. The fiscal action gives the district additional operating cash until anticipated state funds are received.
