Council sets May 18 second readings for two rezonings

Ordinance 338 would rezone land east of N. Ginger Ave. and south of E. Madison St. from NRC to PD (Planned Development). Councilmember Aaron Otten moved to set the second reading by MOTION 26-57, which also passed unanimously. Both rezonings remain at the first-reading stage and will return for final action on May 18.
